Amenities

There is a really large park as well as some trails and lots of big trees.  The neighborhoods are shaded and private but close to major roads and downtown Minnetonka.  There are some minor water features.  Purgatory Park is not only a beautiful location, but serves an important function as it is heavily involved in habitat restoration, improving the native wildlife.  For more information visit our Parks and Trails page.

Housing Styles

The homes are generally older, traditional style homes between one and two stories.  The homes range in prices and vary in style due to the time of construction and remodelling.  Many of the homes have  a large yard with several large trees.  The homes are quite diverse and you will find a style for nearly everyone.
