Amenities

The Gray's Bay South neighborhood is on the south side of Gray's Bay, the bay jutting out from Lake Minnetonka and the cities main access to the lake.  The neighborhood includes the public boat launch and a swimming beach.  The homes in the area are secluded by heavy mature tree growth.

Housing Styles

The homes vary in age with some new construction as well as older, more established communities.  The homes generally are traditional two-stories with various exteriors and differences in landscaping.  The closer to the lake are larger and more modern homes which generally have been remodeled.
