The neighborhood of Gray's Bay North is just to the north of Gray's Bay, the portion of Lake Minnetonka that resides inside the city boundary of Minnetonka.  The neighborhood has many secluded areas and lots of natural features, although it is further away from major highways, it has more private areas.

Housing Styles

The homes are generally quite large and mostly custom with variances in landscaping.  Many of the homes are two stories, although most aren't a traditional design and incorporate interesting design elements as well as interesting exteriors.  Many of the homes here have a wooded backyard or over look the lake or other water features.
